“As we entered the store we were promptly met by Brandon. He listened to our problem, then asked us to join him at a table. He worked on our problem for about an hour until he had a solution for us. Not only did he solve our phone issue, he offered a way to save us money on our internet service too. Brandon explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. He was nice to work with.”
“Logan is very trash told me my bill would go down by adding lines to my account and never gave me phones now today I come back in after 4 months tryna see why my bill is still high he claims he handed me the phones that’s on my account and refused to give me the PIN code to transfer my services over and telling me theirs nothing he can do”

He helped me with a long complicated order switching from one carrier to another, keeping our phones, keeping our phone numbers, and even helping me submit my bill for our old carrier, so T-Mobile can pay off our device payments!! He was cool, calm, and collective the whole time! Multitasking by answering the store phone, while working with me, and dealing with other stuff! Hats off to you Edwin!! Please ask for him if you want someone experienced , patent, and knowledgeable!”

“We went today and bought Samantha a new Samsung phone. The guy who was working today was named Reese and he was seriously the kindest most professional employee on the planet. Just talk to him for 5 minutes and you will see what im talking about. He was very smart and knew specs on all the phones we asked him about. He never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering him with our 100's of questions. He had us laughing so hard multiple times. It was honestly the best interaction we have had with an employee anywhere in a very long time. I truly hope whoever manages or runs Boost Mobile recognizes what a tremendous employee he is. Samantha and I were both considering going to Metro PCS, but after talking to Reese we decided that he is the type of person we want to come to when we have questions, or when we pay are bill, or when our phone breaks, or when we need an upgrade. He made the entire situation not feel like a stale business transaction, but just a few people talking and laughing who just happen to be buying a phone.

“I wasn't thrilled with this wireless service because it dropped all the time whenever I left a populated area whatsoever. I did find the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. It's not their fault the service isn't that great. I didn't enjoy the phone support for this company, but once again it's not the staffs fault.”

He went above and beyond to help is with the most affordable new plan and phone. He was warm and personable and really made the experience a positive one. Mike was also very friendly and helpful with questions and such. We left there and my husband and I both commented on what excellent customer service we got. We are grateful!”
