Some of my favorite stores are here: UPS Store, JoAnn’s, Big Lots, Hobby Lobby. But unfortunately the parking lot is in very bad shape and the flow of traffic in the lot is dangerous; bottle neck at entrance/exit without the traffic light due to cars entering from Beckley (North), shops to the west (UPS store) & shops from the east (Xfinity & Bigby) plus back-up from the drive thru at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I avoid this area when shopping at Minges Plaza and enter/exit at the Riverside traffic light. Keep on your toes though for fast drivers in the lot & deep potholes.

I only go there for one store, a tobacco store Wild Bill's tobacco. So that's why 2 stars. Nothing else there for me to shop that I care about.

Is a Mexican restaurant there had really fantastic food and even though the service wasn't speaking good English she was still fantastic in doing her job thanks again .

With appointment you can get in and out within and half an hour to 45. Tuesdays and Wednesdays seem to be a little slower you might be able to walk in and get it right up to the counter within the hour. Not like it used to be where there's 50 to 100 people waiting in line to get to be served.

They all work as hard as they can to guarantee customer service. It's just that that security of state is the only one in the area and it is most convenient for the location so alot of people choose to go their instead of travel farther . The really do , do a great job there. They are as friendly as possible given the amount of anxiety they have to handle with the amount of people, doing theirs jobs correctly, being nice and respectful . I gotta hand it to the people who do work there in that line of business. If I were me. Theirs no way I could deal. I appreciate what they do and look up to them for handling they're .. stuff. ?

Edit: Cavonis has earned a shout here as well. 3 to 4 star!Plaza as a whole is OK. Really only go for Kume. SoS is the other destination. 5/5 *for Kume. 1/5 for SoS...

I like the plaza it's a great place to shop with all the different stores to choose from and the fast food take out. The parking lot is another story. The parking lot is so cramped up and congested that it makes it hard to pull in or out without getting hit or close to it. If the parking lot was laid out better I would be giving it more stars but not the way it is now.
