I'm currently a little frustrated. I set up an appointment with Beverly for today at 5:30pm. We weren't contacted and she didn't show up so I just called to see what an ETA might be. I was told she was out sick today and our appointment wasn't written in the calendar. This is highly frustrating to me considering the initial company we tried getting to do a quote for us also no called no showed and I told her about this when we set up our appointment. I understand that things come up, but I feel like a quick phone call could've been made. I have rescheduled for Thursday. Hopefully that works out as I would like to update my review to something positive.

It was a pleasure dealing with this business. Alissia and Faith could not have been more helpful to make sure I was happy from the start through the finish. We had them put in new tile in our kitchen 3 years ago, we've had to call them back twice now to put more grout down because it wasn't there. This last time was at least 6 months ago, the grout is coming out in several spots. They came out to assess it, said they'd be in touch to come out and put more grout in, never seen or heard from them since.Under the name Finkbeiner

We will probably make a purchase. The tile selection was rather overwhelming. Who knew ML & C would have such an impressive selection. Every employee was patient and super helpful. I'm willing to go with their expertise when I make my purchase.

Today my mother and I had Decided to choose carpet from Lowe’sweather then purchase from Michigan tile. Haun manager at Michigan tile was upset and became very rude Haun was mad that there price was 2,000 more then Lowe’s and they sell the same carpet Mohawk !! Lowe’s also was willing to to removal the old carpet for free and Installation. Haun was very rude and upset with us because of our return. Haun and staff both made it seem like Lowe’s sales cheaper carpet but they sell the same Brand. Before u purchase any carpet from Michigan tile be sure to shop around!!!

Beautiful work - 5 stars. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and I have not been able to get my finishing touches on my bathroom yet! It has been since January of 2020.Tried to reschedule since March of this year and still is NOT done!! I am not happy. They came this week (June 2021) and completed everything! It is very beautiful - so I added 2 stars since it is now finished.

Would I recommend Michigan Tile & Carpet - yes and no. The carpet and the bathrooms are beautiful - but one of the bathrooms is still NOT FINISHED after a year and a half! So taking out the time everything was closed down for COVID19 - I have been trying to get my drawer handles and shower fixed since July 2020. Not happy.

the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. we purchased carpet and they did a terrible job on the seam. it has come apart and Hans. says there is nothing more he can do but put glue under it. that won't help the fact that it has started shedding and will not be close together. tried to tell me it was my dogs that did it. it is a highly traveled area and my dogs have NEVER dug at my carpet. then pointed to a spot on a rug and said oh your dogs don't dig. I let him know I bought that rug on clearance and that it came with a knotted up area on it. very very rude man!

We were told a date for install and put our furniture purchase on hold until after install. Then get a call after putting 75% down ( as we all agreed upon) that “ we’re afraid we won’t pay the rest so they want full payment before install”. How dare you!!! We have excellent credit first of all. We just asked that YOU honored the agreed install date! Really trying to support our local businesses here in town but WILL NOT recommend my house flipping friends or anyone else!
