Went in to check on my internet plan for home, found out the I was only on the lite plan. Debbie and Rebecca were very helpful with getting that corrected. Plus showed my how to save money on my bill. Good job today girls, I appreciate your help.

I just want to give a thumbs up 5 star rating to sales associate name Rebecca M. She was Magnificent I have been trying to get my phone unblocked for at least 1 year and everyone else said it couldn't be done well she solved my problem. She was very patient and understand. As long as she's at Metro I will continue to be a loyal customer?

Rebecca and Ron were so amazing and patient with me! I went in to get an upgrade (i was going to switch from android to apple) and I was unhappy with the phone. Turns out I am not a fan of apple lol. Rebecca was incredibly understanding/sweet and helpful. She made sure to take care of me in switching back to my original phone without any trouble. Ron had such amazing and supportive energy and was trying anything to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely love going there and loved these workers.

Rebecca was awesome! Her kindness and patience was amazing! My port took 3 hours!! And she stayed after her shift almost 45 minutes to make sure it worked!!
