I bought a tiolet on line and paid to have it installed. The installer came and said the toilet wouldn't fit and he took it back to the store. Told me to order a different one. I was charged for two toilets and two installations, they did refund the first toilet but I am stlii being charged for both installations. Obviously we did not install the toilet that was returned. This ordeal started in June of 2023 and I have been calling and getting the run around ever since. I have spent thousands on appliances from Lowe's but never again!

Don’t get delivery and installation.
The store is fine, the in store service and products are fine but we bought a washing machine there, paid for delivery and installation but the guys just did part of the installation and left. They said they couldn’t hook the drain hose, they just plugged it in, hooked the 2 water hoses and left. I could’ve done that part myself! Didn’t level the machine or anything. I had been waiting for days to get my washer and needed to be able to use it right away. Never again ??

The customer service and overall condition of this store has declined over the past year. They have lost the "service" in Customer Service. If you call your Luckett if someone does answer the phone and if they do answer the phone they transfer you to another department where no one answers. Too bad because this was once a go to place. Now I would rather take the ride to Coldwater or Kalamazoo. 5/24...prices on everything are going up!

Employees ignore you and focus on their other tasks. The cashier's want you to work for free and do your own check out. The other employees didn't know what Glazier tools were. Had no knowledge of skilled trades. Asked if it was a brand. First chance he got he walked off. Very poor organization with people who are lazy, and have no business assisting with tools and supplies. Go to a company with a better infrastructure like Menards. My mistake for even going there.

Knowledge of employees of products and especially check out registers in contractor end taking care of everyone's needs fast and efficiently is respected by contractors like myself.

I ordered an item to be delivered to this location. The site said the shipping was delayed. I called multiple times, and the most they could tell me was that I needed to wait and that they had not received it. After a month, I called the manufacturer, and they had a signed delivery 4 days after I placed the purchase. I still had to talk to 6 Lowes reps to tell me they lost it. So, they made a new order and received it in another 4 days to be the wrong size. Customer service made a case number, and I was supposed to receive a call from the store within 24 hours. I waited a few days and still have not heard from them. So, I have spent hours on the phone, talked to 11 Lowes reps and 2 manufacturer reps, and will need to make at least 3 trips to Lowes to receive the correct item.
Before the social media rep tells me to call the corporate customer service number so they could see what they could do, I already did twice, and I am still here explaining my experience.
