I have been a customer of Lakeview Ford Collision Since 2021. They are professional, respectful, thorough, and courteous whenever I call to make an apt or to check up on the car when it is in for repairs. They take the time to listen to any questions or concerns I may have about my husband's or I's vehicles/estimate and explain the process from start to finish. Not to mention they technicians do a wonderful job to make sure the repairs are seamless and go unnoticed and that the vehicle is cleaned inside and out.
Last fall my husband hit a deer landing my vehicle in the shop for repairs to the front and passenger side. I met Mr. Wyman who went above and beyond to ensure that we got the vehicle back quickly and that everything was done to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, my vehicle landed back in the shop today and I received a call from Mr. Wyman who just wanted to check in with us and to let us know that he would be handling our claim again. I was beyond thrilled because I know my vehicle is in good hands. Its stressful in the beginning and knowing that someone like Mr. Wyman is on the other end just makes it easier.
Lakeview Ford Collision has done right by us and we will continue to do business with them!!! I do recommend them for your collision needs.

Dropped off for an estimate, they lied on estimate, while my car sat in their shop for 2+ weeks the interior got covered in dust and marks on the door from their techs. 0/10 recommended Lakeview Ford for any service or vehicle purchases. Go across the street for good service. 10 mins across the road and it's scheduled for immediate repair with no issues. Go figure...

After waiting for almost two months for parts to repair a vehicle under an insurance claim (parts are scarce, I understand) i was called to bring my car in. A month later still more excuses and the date keeps getting pushed back. Now the rental coverage is expiring and still no vehicle for yet another week. Each time I called I've been told the part came in the day before. Then wrong part but it just arrived the day before I called. Now it's being painted but it'll take another week?

Jason helped us out and he was so very nice. He was really helpful since this was my first time purchasing a vehicle ever he helped the process go very smoothly and always answered any questions I had and did so without making me feel d*** lol if you're gonna get a car from Lakeview Ford ask for Jason because he truly cares about helping and isn't too pushy and really wants to see you happy in your new car!
