0 stars….I just ordered in door dash chicken was rubbery and not cooked all the way. Food poisoning on the lurk! I couldn’t eat none of my food. I’m digging into it can’t even get through. And I couldn’t get my money back.

Manager physical pushed my husband out the door while he was door dashing because he simply asked them why the order was taking 45 mins to make nicely and they got loud and rude with him and put their hands on him to push him out HOW DARE YOU !!!!!!

Do not order from this restaurant. I've ordered several times from here and it's ALWAYS WRONG. Especially with Door Dash because they know that the delivery person can't go in the bag. I just received 1 breast n 1 wing on a three piece white meat. Missing a breast and the chicken was hard as a brick!!! No pride in what they do. I I tend to reach out to the owners of this establishment to see if the very poor service is known. Tired of this.....Ghetto!!!!! I advocate to have this establishment closed. Let's call corporate and issue our complaints!!!! Sorry for everyone who has experienced this HORRIBLE RESTAURANT. The worst!!!

Food was OK but no butter for the biscuits?!?! Chicken was ok but mashed potatoes and gravy were cool not hot. Food was too expensive considering quality.

As a former employee who is servsafe certified, I am absolutely horrified and appalled on the operations being conducted in the kitchen.Not only did the manager try to correct flaws, but the employees did not heed the insight.The continous amount of unsanitary practices in the kitchen should be warranted by the health department and I would absolutely advise not dining here until they correct their flaws.

First time coming to this KFC and I will not be coming back here again. I was not given sauce for my sandwhich nor a fork for my side, the cashier was very rude and didn’t even say what my total was at the speaker or the window. If your looking for a great affordable place to go for food, try anything but this

If you come here for lunch, plan on making it a hour long trip. I came here for lunch today, there was 1 other car in line. Once I reach the speaker they asked me if I wanted to try one of there deals; I said no and proceeded with my order. I got no response for 7 minutes when finally someone said “we’ll be right with you”. I waited another 5 minutes until someone finally took my order. After paying they asked if I’d pull up to the curb and wait which I did.. for 30 minutes. At this rate I was at least expecting hot fresh food given I had waited 45ish minutes by now. However; I got luke warm chicken. I’d be fine with waiting if the food is worth it, but it 110% was not. Just go to Pennfield kfc.

didn't get the right order, they apparently can't answer thier phone either. now when I call it says disconnected so they obviously don't care about the customers they 'serve'

ordered at 2:30 in the afternoon online to pick up at 5:00 p.m.. got there at 5:00. told me it was going to be 30 minutes delay. at 5:50. I finally got my order. they serve us two people in front of me that had ordered after me. The manager was extremely rude. the service was extremely poor. got home with the chicken and half of the breading was off of the chicken. very bad service. very poor quality product.

I ordered 20 $ fill up box20 minutes after we ordered they say they only have dark meatOkay why after 20 minutes when I paid they say they they only have dark meatThe wait is also ridiculous ?They say do u want to wait??? Why yes I do I just paid for my dinner ?Never ordering here again
