they won't open an account with the Colorado drivers license yet they have Colorado drivers license in their system. They say I also had a Medicare card, a birth certificate, and a Social Security card, and they refused to open the account.

Terrible place….leading all the way to the entire CU. ATM are my debit card when taking out money. Charged me for the money I was taking out, but refused to give my card back. Stated it was “policy” to only return KCCU cards. Even though I was standing there with my ID in my hand and in uniform. Manager said they can return cards even to owners because it could be stolen…not sure how I can steal my own debit card. Just terrible place. Bulldoze it down and put in a garden. The garden would be 1000x better at customer service and logical “policies.”

We've talked to them about an urgent matter , called them, emailed them, and NOTHING. There's absolutely NO customer service.

Worst bank I have ever used never going to use them again. Had issues with them drawing extra payments for loans at random. Finally got tired of them taking money at their will closed my two accounts and 6 months later got an email stating I owed them money because somehow money tried to be pulled from account.

I've been a member since '93 and would NEVER think of banking anywhere else. I love the staff, their courteous attention to members and their efficient responses to any request.

Unhelpful customer service like they're not even friendly. Call and you'll be on hold for 10+ minutes just to leave a voicemail they don't return. Plus a horrible app fitting for the bank.

I recently paid off a car loan. Kellogg over charged me even after they provided the 10 day payoff. Then they continued to charge my checking account which was with another credit union for payment to the loan that was paid off. I was told that there is a form to sign to stop charges being taken out from a checking account. I asked how was I supposed to know that I was to sign a form. I also asked the representative from the credit union if they were going to do anything so something like this does not happen again. She replied "It is the member's responsibility to stop the money from being charged to the checking account".

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had with a lender. I've had a car loan with them since 2018. The online account experience is an absolute joke. It's something you expect from 2003. I haven't been able to log in to it since 2019 and when I call and try to get into my own account they say I have to drive an hour to their branch to verify it's me. I'll never do business with them again.

I have been a member of Kellogg Credit Union for over 40 years. When i joined it was Kellogg Federal Credit Union and you had to work there or be a qualified family member of someone who did. I was 12 when my account was opened. Since then I moved to Las Vegas and have kept my account open and have done business with Kellogg Credit Union. They have held multiple car loans and personal loans over the years. NOW when I need them to stand up for a member in good standing of over 40 years.... They decide I'm not important. THEY HAVE LOST THEIR WAY AND NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THEIR MEMBER AT ALL..... JUST WANT YOUR MONEY I have had their credit card for over 20 years..... There is a fraudulent charge of over $85 on my statement...... I'm being told tough S##T by Kellogg CU, it's wrong and I will be telling my family and friends that are still in Michigan and doing business with Kellogg CU to move on, I will help them find a CU or BANK with a better return as well as amenities and with a Financial Institution that cares about it's members whom trust their money with said Institution.

What a GREAT member service! Staff is very knowledgeable. They will definitely listen to you needs. Whether its a account question or maybe you need a loan. Stop by any KCCU Branches
