Went to their ATM to put $ into my account, the ATM kicked back my $ and froze with my debit card inside so I went inside and told them. I was told that they would get ahold of their ATM people and call me back, fast forward 5 1/2 hours later I called them and “Deb” told me that the company that services their ATM (Island ATM I believe) wouldn’t be in until next week and didn’t even give me a “I’m sorry” or any type of “Sorry for your inconvenience.”

I really love the Kellogg credit union, been a member for 30+ years. I miss the Saturday hours being until 3pm ... wish one branch in BC could do that. Thanks

If you have an account with Kelllogg's Credit Union then in BC you have a few physical locations to choose from. They're all about the same, but this one is usually the quickest one to get in and out of, to me giving it an edge. The other locations are fine too, they just occasionally are more busy.

The ATM outside has robbed me. And now the bank is telling me I never had a card that i know for a fact that i did. I reported it stolen a long time ago, got a new card. And thanks to paypal and KCCU, I'm out 40 dollars because Paypal transferred the money to a card that was reported stolen, which KCCU is telling me I've never had this card.

My experience here has been a joke. I haven’t wanted to leave a review because I was hoping for a better experience as time has gone on but that hasn’t been the case. I have had my auto loan with them since 2020. I have paid more than my payment every month since - now when I log in to my mobile banking it tells me my payment for some months is lower than the monthly payment established at the beginning of the loan (makes sense to me). However, if I pay that lower amount I get charged a $30 fee for my payment not being “in full”. When I call or go in to the location i get told multiple different things. The online experience is awful. Just all around a bad experience overall. Have considered going through a different lender or selling my car altogether just so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Bought a new car this summer. Always call over the phone and make a payment, no issues. Call today expecting the same service and I got told I said the wrong thing on the phone and that they cannot take payments over the phone and asked me where my money was coming from. Called a different location, had my payment made in less than 5 minutes. "Transferred" but feel like I got hung up on 2x. Will be calling another location from now on.

I have been banking with KCCU for over 10 years now. Their customer service is terrible. They are no help at all and do not seem to know anything about banking when I asked about my options. Every time I call someone gives me a different answer about something. I tried to file a dispute a while ago and was told it was being taken care of. It never was and then when inquired again I was told I was “past the timeline” to get it resolved. I recently ordered a new debit card and their card services are incredibly slow. I was told “7-10 business days” and then I called and then they told me 2 weeks. Then they told me after I had been waiting a week and a half that I could have gone to a branch and gotten one printed the same day. They never told me that originally, and they never used to do that. I am an hour away from the closest branch so I have no access to any of my money. Unfortunately I will be closing my account since after almost 10 years of loyalty I am still treated like this

I really have nothing bad to say about the credit union itself, but the Marshall office has an employee who is always rude! It seems either she hates her job or just not friendly. Either way I really don’t like when I have to visit that office!!!

I have a home equity loan through them, big mistake. They added life insurance and some other type of insurance to my loan without telling me so I get charged an additional almost 50.00 a month. Now I call the branch yesterday ask some questions, they say oh I’ll talk to the loan manager and give you a call back. Haven’t received a call. But this isn’t the only issue I’ve had with this loan. My original loan advisor lied about skip a pay also. I wish I would have never taken this loan.

Kellogg Community Credit Union is a great place to work at. I have worked here for 3.5 years and they stand behind their employees. Awesome place to work and staff here is very helpful and always looking out for our members to see what we can do to help them. Highly recommend KCCU for any banking needs you may have and employment as well.
