11081 E Michigan Ave, Battle Creek“This is the hidden gem in the area ... clean friendly and more bang for your buck than most places I stay in hotels regularly across the country and I travel 3 weeks out of every month. The rates are unbelievable... don't waste your hard - earned money any place else if you'll be staying in the Battle Creek area!”
“THIS HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, CLEAN, AND THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL!
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Had I focused on the negative reviews ONLY, I would not have checked in.
It is worth your money TRUST ME!
Rooms: The rooms were spotless and the appliances in the room were also immaculate. The bathroom and bedroom were inviting and the arrangement was pure perfection! Not only did I feel comfortable walking around the room with bare feet, but I also felt comfortable placing my luggage and other items on the floor.
Nearby activities: The location is PERFECT! Not only is the hotel surrounded by restaurants, but it is also surrounded by shopping stores, gas stations, and areas to take a casual walk.
Safety: The hotel is located in a safe zone, the only issue is that there is a "slum-motel" the Red Roof Inn that is located directly across the Parking lot.
Some of the guests from this "slum-motel" sit outside in front of the Red Roof Inn in plain sight of Best Western. If you're going to venture outside late at night, make sure that you watch your surroundings for creepy men.
I ventured outside with a friend late at night, and a suspicious man from the Red Roof Inn kept watching us and walking in our direction. He was obviously up to something, but we went back into the hotel BEFORE he could approach us.
Walkability: There are plenty of areas to walk in. Just make sure that you protect yourself when you are going out at night.
Food & drinks: The complementary breakfast was excellent and the food was delicious! There wasn't a "cheap" selection of foods, but they served quality eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, donuts, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and cereal. I didn't name every item, but they had a fantastic selection of great foods to choose from.
Noteworthy details: Nicole, who is one of the managers at Best Western was awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable about her profession, and she demanded a high standard of professionalism from her staff.”

11177 E Michigan Ave, Battle Creek“My 10 year old wanted to design his own cake, so he drew it up and I sent it to FireKeepers. When I say they nailed it, I mean they NAILED IT. It was exactly what he asked for. Amazing and so accommodating!! Thank you so much for making it a birthday to remember!”

5050 Beckley Rd Building A, Battle Creek“This is a typical Red roof. The room was clean. The tub for the shower was high so it it was different to step into. I forgot how far the floor was from the tub when I stepped out and tweaked my back a little. Cuz the tub was so high, the shower head is at eye level. Other than that I was very pleased at the room.
Food and drinks: It is a great location. When it comes to food. There is a Culver's next door. There is a caribou coffee across the street. Denny's, cracker barrel, Bob Evans, Burger King, and many other restaurants are in the area. I think there is a Target down the street as well. Although I did not go to Target. I think the location is a great place to stay. It was easy to get on and off the interstate from the location.”
“Very nice hotel and great service. The one that stood out the most was Angela she’s on the housekeeping team. She was very respectful and did a very good job at cleaning the room. I would give her 100% at customer service.”
“Nearby activities: Firekeepers casino
Noteworthy details: Our group went to a barn dance, we went there for dinner, listened to a live band, and participated in the dancing.”
