Huge!!! I love the bar area, and access to the mall is nice, love you can sample the popcorn before purchasing! Been to almost all the Horrocks and this one is impressive ? thank you to the staff for always making it an experience ? we made our own gift baskets.

I am always pleasantly surprised at the array of options I have at Horrock's. My dietary lifestyle is not the usual sugar/carb-laden variety, which makes shopping at most supermarkets and grocery stores incredibly frustrating. The fresh produce alone is worth the extra 25 minutes of driving. The store is always clean and the staff are always courteous and helpful.

So many cool things to find while shopping here. Excited to try some different chips that I bought. Found one of my favorite seasonal beers , Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale.

I love this new Horrock's location! The old location was less than stellar. The Lansing location is also great, FYI. This new location, in the old mall, is incredible! It's enormous. When you first walk in, head right for all the produce goodness, straight for flowers and shelf stable foods, or left for candy paradise. The veg section is what brings me here. You can sign up for the email every week, which alerts you to specials. Cabbage 19cents a pound? Yes please! There are always local options for the produce. There are also in-shell peanuts for 2.15/#. Tip: get the roasted salted ones, and reroast when you get home for truly incredible peanuts. There is also a beer garden, fresh deli, cheese, and meat counters, frozen (tamales! Blueberries!), and coffee. The shelf stable section has a great deal to offer. So plan to peruse, especially the Italian section. Their dried pasta is amazing, and this is also where my husband gets his pickled peppers, olives, etc., since russo's up in grand rapids closed. Tip: if you need the handicap cart, bring your own. They go so slow that you could start at open and still be trying to shop by the time lunch rolls around.

This place will never disappoint, making the drive here from Kalamazoo is always worth it. We come for the sushi and fruit and always leave with a little something extra. The staff all seem happy to be there too! It’s literally magical, do yourself a favor and stop in.

People said the mall was dead. Horrocks said it was just in a slumber. Horrocks was right. With the arrival of Horrocks, Lakeview mall has arose from its slumber. It is a little older and uglier and less mobile, but it is back. And Horrocks and the enchanted wonderland that it is has to be the main reason.Come, see for yourself the unique trinkets and food items the store has. The cars and airplane flying from the ceiling, the friendly staff, the rainbow roses, come experience the magic of Horrocks.

A fat person's paradise! I had to brush my teeth after going just from looking at all the isles and isles of bulk candy!!!! I wish I could camp out in the parking lot! No problems whatsoever with checkout. They had plenty of cashiers. My only complaint had nothing to do with them. I just wish I had brought a bigger cooler after seeing what all they have!

Different than Lansing, but unique in some positive ways. They are continuing to add new things too.

Incredible atmosphere. Every ingredient and food item that you could imagine plus the best spot in Battle Creek for great live music. $5 for a beer to sip while you shop! Friendly employees, lots of samples- you could really spend a whole day here. Lots of fresh and local items!

Its about one of the coolest stores around! It's the only grocery type store that i know about where you can walk around and shop while trying a glass of wine or beer from their MANY options. Also great for the largest variety of different ethnic foods and ingredients in this area. Nice garden center as well. The new location is huge and very nicely done!

New location in the old mall! Store is huge with so much to offer. One of the few places that you can shop and also have a drink or taste testing of wines and beers sold in the store. Great date night stop. They also have a salad bar, deli, meat counter, pizza by the slice, even a soup bar. The nursery out back is quite large with many plants and gardening supplies.

This venue reminds me of an elite flea market, with fresh veggies, spices by the amount you want, doggo bones and stuff, wines/lots of wines... gluten free items, many, many cooking oils, cheeses, etc. Oh! And free coffee! (They had me at free coffee!) And you can buy beer to drink while you are shopping --- and if you are lucky --- they have a band playing! A must try at least once! -Per Rita
