Called this location to asked them before i came in if i could get a cashier check without and account there was told by 2 different people yes they can then when i arrived the ladys in the office told me they dont do that you need an account and when i made a point to them i called and asked before they were very rude in saying it wasnt them i called and i must of went to there customer service and got misinformed wouldnt recommended this location ti anyone

if they assume a charge is fraudulent and block your card, you will not have access to your account until they re-open (closed for 3 days)!!!This is now the second time they have blocked either my primary and/or business cards over the weekend. I tried to go to the bank ATM and withdrawal funds, was unable to. Thank God I didn't end up stranded without gas or in a broken down vehicle with all my children somewhere on the road. I truly hope this never happens to someone in a dire situation. I'm having a hard time understanding how this could possibly be legal.UPDATE: good service, empathy goes a long way, thank you.

Absolutely worst drive thru service. Nobody is ever watching the drive thru. I don’t understand the point of having a drive thru if you don’t have someone working the drive like other banks. They will help everyone in the lobby before they even touch drive thru even if you were there before the people in lobby. It happens every time I make a deposit for my job here. It’s probably be faster if I just drove to a different location even if this one is only minutes away from my job. They definitely need to improve their drive thru service because it is 100% lacking at this location. Only one girl that works here gets me in and out within 10 minutes or less. Otherwise I’m usually waiting 20-30 minutes.

Katie Reynolds was excellent and patient with me because I knew what I wanted, but couldn't explain it exactly. Also another young lady came in to assist, again because I was asking for something that was not usual. They got it done quickly, efficiently, and made me feel like I was their best customer. They should be congratulated. Thank you LADIES!

Julie Winchell was great! She explained every detail and answered all our questions so we knew we exactly what was going on with our loan. She’s very professional, friendly, courteous. I would highly recommend her to others. I feel lucky to have her handling our loan and making sure we understands everything. Knowing she’s going to be there for us is a huge comfort! With the pre-approval process, it made my auto buying process easy, as long as the participating dealership knew what to do with the approval letter. The Honor staff were very helpful, especially since I was getting a lot of confusion from the dealership. Thank you goes out to the lending team as well as with the Vicksburg local branch.

I never have a good experience with loans or even my account. Getting help from them is a head ache. Some how I've been banking with them 5 years they offered me a 9% interest rate on my car but advia who I've never been through before only offered 4%. I'm working on switching everything there so this nightmare can be over.
