I have been shopping at this location. For the past 8 years now. I usually shop once or twice a month. The staff always greets customers coming into the store. Always nice and quite knowledgeable. On the merchandises within the store. Opening managers are always nice and pleasant to talk to. Great selection throughout the year. Including the clearance sections in each of the departments. Clean store and clean restrooms.

You can get lost in here for DAYS!! So many craft supplies and ideas for hobbies for people of all ages. The staff are so helpful and sweet.

Their customer service manager at night female long brown hair is a joke. She literally stands around and watches other workers complete jobs and tasks and when the lines get full, she calls onto other workers who are on the floor, completing their duties to come up and open a register, she’s lazy. She is a poor example of being a manager for customer service and a poor example of leadership.

Hobby Lobby customer service can use some major improvements. They seem to be unconscious of the fact that if you're asking where a product is that you're not familiar with the store and instead of showing you where the item is that you're inquiring about they will just point and say it's back in such and such section. They also has excellent items for reasonable prices.
