No one would tell what was wrong with my truck or how long I would be without a vehicle to get back and forth to work. I had to down there in person because they would not call me back and kept placing me on hold until I had to leave a voice message and would not respond.

We brought in a federally owned vehicle to be serviced. Picked it up and it smelled like weed. 100 percent unexceptable and inexcusable period. Doesn’t matter if it’s legal in this state or not! Not happy at all.

So there was only one issue with my experience, which could have been an issue with the website scheduling. I put in a request to have my car inspected after a minor collision with a small animal and the scheduling didn't take, nothing was received by the shop. But other than this issue, repairs were well done, looks just like when I bought the car. Even did soon small detailing on the inside, which was appreciated.

I brought a car in for body work, drivers side doors and some fender damage. The car was done and we picked it up. All looked good at pickup. a few days later someone was riding in the back seat and when we stopped they were unable to open the door. In looking at the door, the door panel was not properly re-installed after the repair and was totally loose at the top. The door latch was also not attached so you have to open the door from the outside, not the best option for safety in case of an emergency trying to exit the car. We did not look inside the car at pickup because the main thing was body work, but this is just plain lack of completing a job and no one in the body shop checking work before pickup. You can do better.

Carrie is awesome! Took Traverse in for a recall. We didn't have all the parts yet so we turned it in to a detail quickly. I am happy and my wife (her car) is very happy. Thanks for all you do.

My Work Order #141129Engine has squeak when it starts cold. Heritage Tech diagnosed and replaced drive belt and tensionerCost $467When I picked up my car,,, it still squeaks!!! I brought that to the service department's attention and the best they could come up with was "we can try replacing .... pulley....""TRY" !!!I was charged $467 for what the tech said was the problem, it was NOT the problem. I was charged for parts and labor that DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM with only a response that they can continue to try replacing other parts!Very nice and professional people, but I can go to a ma/pa shop to have people charge me for guess work that doesn't repair my car.

I brought my car in to get detailed at 8:15 a.m. I was told it would be ready around 4. I never received a phone call so I called at 5:30 asking about my car and was told it had been done for awhile. Very unprofessional

I noticed 5 days later a strong odor. Oil was dripping outside my vehicle and on the grill and blew onto the hood of my car. The person that changed my oil left the cap off. It was sitting on the dip stick area.

I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle since getting it. I have had it there many times and because the issues werent consistantly occuring im always told its fine or give it time or so many miles. I had to pay out of my pocket this last time and the wiper issue is still there. I havent had the best experience with the shop and many times just want to throw in the towel and get a new vehicle! I used to recommend heritage but not so much anymore, especially after being told in the past to google how to fix something, therefore i took it somewhere else and it got fixed!

Way too long waiting to get my car back, over 30 days!! We were told because there was not enough workers. Didn't even offer a car for a couple of days!! Paid over $1,600 in car rental, it sucked, my husband's on disability and I was getting ready to retire but now I cannot. So no not very happy ?

Do not go here to hey your car fixed at all. Worst service ever they will lie to you tell you nothing is wrong with your car when it's obvious there is, took my car here days nothing was wrong my engine light kept coming on then they said transmission issues than was told booked out so couldn't fix it and to take it across the street to a non Chevy dealer, then when about than for specific codes to call around other shows says those code don't mean transmission issues than they said oh well we don't have the technicians to look at it and now 2 days later my car is ticking smh but there's nothing wrong with it.Avoid this place

Right from the start I felt confident with the service I received from Heritage Chevrolet. I knew the job would be done right and with efficiency. Tony was the best. He would call with updates and would make sure I knew and understood every detail from repairs to the warranty. He took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry. Ron and Crista in the service department were excellent in making me feel appreciated and guided me through the whole repair. I have been bragging about your service department with all my friends.
