Store was clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the item I wanted was out of stock. Will be back in a few days to try again.

For 20th street location in Battle Creek. Bought a winch (4/27/24), and when I got home to put together and use it, there was no hardware it said it came with. They let me exchange it (with receipt) without any hassle. Great customer service. I'll definitely shop at this location again.
