I stopped in Geek squad with a charging issue with my iPad the owner gave me helpful advice! He didn't try to up sell me! It was such a great feeling there are still good people in the world!

Worked mostly with the floor people. They gave me a lot of incorrect information. Such as warranty work, TV capacities and such. They're people should all have the same knowledge. They should never give false information, from any employee. I've had this problem in the past with Best Buy.

Why function if you’re store doesn’t have anything for onsite fixes. $80.00 to just send it away to be fixed.
