I needed a storage unit that was close to my new apt. I searched online and found Extra Space Storage (ESS). The information was up front & simple and once I was there, KJ was phenomenal! He was punctual, friendly and professional. He provided clear instructions, gave me a tour and made sure I knew how to gain access to my unit. I even purchased a lock?THANX KJ FOR A GREAT & PAINLESS EXPERIENCE!!

Employees are super great, storage area is always nice and clean, they will call you if anything seems off with your unit, and I loved being able to drive in and be close to my unit.There were 2 times they had electrical issues with the entry door key pad thing but they were fixed within the hour. Also, my particular unit wasn't exactly square. The space was the same, just made packing it with boxes a little different.Still a very positive experience and will return if/when I need units from them again.

I had the opportunity to witness his dedication to maintaining the facility both inside and out through regular cleaning, sweeping, and tending to the surrounding plants.While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, I did encounter a situation near my unit where a musty smell emanated. Although I was initially concerned about the impact on my belongings, I was relieved to find that my couch remained unaffected. I brought this concern to the manager's attention, who, with a touch of humor, mentioned he had a less sensitive nose. This minor issue aside, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking effortless and accessible storage within a climate-controlled environment.

Great experience at this location! Easy move in and move out. No hidden fees. The manager has always been available when needed. His on-site presence gives an extra sense of security while in the building.

KJ made my experience of moving from one state to another painless and easy to do! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Even when there were problems with my state to state use of my debit card, he did not have any problem being patient to wait until the problem is solved with my bank. If you, your family, or friends have any needs for storage at all, I would highly recommend that you go to Extra Space Storage FIRST! You won't regret your decision!

Service from the start was excellent & has remained so. Climate controlled storage is nice & cool so your things won't get damaged by the heat. All & all I'm happy with the service & services i was sold!

Great with the guest’s coming in, reasonably priced, super clean space and hours to come and go are very open. Kj was the person I spoke to and he made me feel welcomed and I felt comfortable asking questions.
