Was lied to by the old sales manager, the new one says they only replace the vehicles in extreme situations. I got a 2014 equinox and have had nothing but problems from the very beginning, it doesn't like to start it chuggs and then completely dies and takes multiple attempts to get it to start again, their " certified mechanic" used the wrong oil in it and mixed the cheapest oil with the fully synthetic the vehicle calls for. I called and was transferred to the service manager and has not returned my call and it's been 3 days, I'm done I pulled the insurance off of it and it's sitting at their shop because they refuse to look into the issue, they keep saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle yet cars don't just start chugging and completely die for no reason. They have refused to swap the vehicle out they refuse to believe there is anything wrong with it and I'm not riding around in something that could cut off at anytime and leave me and my 2 kids stranded.

I highly recommend this place. Mike and Christina are the absolute best at what they do. I’ve recently got into an accident with a deer and the very next day they worked overtime to get me approved for a new car. I am forever grateful for them both. Very respectful, compassionate, honest and friendly individuals. My car drives perfect. I’m so happy I chose Express Auto. Thanks again Mike and Christina‼️ Also Trish I believe that’s her name she was amazing as well! All three of them are awesome and a great team
