Even after breaking a ankle and having acl replacement, she fixed all four lap tops. Never been over charged may have waited a few days to get them back but was well worth the money....

These people are great. took my desktop in at noon, expecting a few days before they would call me with the price. Polly called me at 3pm and said it's ready for pick-up. When she brought it out, she said to me Merry Christmas when I asked how much. They had replaced a heatsink, and did some updates, so I know it did cost them something. So I'm giving her 5 stars.
