5285 Beckley Rd #7, Battle Creek“I wasn't thrilled with this wireless service because it dropped all the time whenever I left a populated area whatsoever. I did find the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. It's not their fault the service isn't that great. I didn't enjoy the phone support for this company, but once again it's not the staffs fault.”
“I called three times to Sprint, chatted online, went to three stores.... Couldn't get help with my phone (transfer and Sim card issue). Came here and done in five minutes plus they helped with several other issue!!!The best service around! Knowledge and stuff in stock!”
“Friendly staff and always a good range of products. The displays are organized and uniform, usually in all BestBuy stores. The open box deals and their classification is really helpful and good for savings.”
“An excellent resale electronics store in Battle Creek, MI! Located in a mini-mall with plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot! A great selection of games, CDs, DVDs and more await you at this location! Staff is friendly and on hand to help with anything you need!”
“IDK if they regard themselves as a pawn shop, but clearly they are, just with a decent jewelry section. They do only buy and sell, no trading............or so multiple people there have told me multiple times. Of course you could sell something to them and use the funds to get something there. But the notion of trading is usually one of two things. Either A, it's accepting that something for one reason or another has super limited cash value (most common reasons I see are they're overstocked or slow business day so not much available to payout for anything) and so a trade is favorable so that the pawn shop isn't always shelling out money, or B, while not true of all pawn shops many offer slightly more if trade is accepted. Ie, you get an offer of $150 for a cool guitar, or a percentage more if credit is accepted because it keeps money from going out and circulates the shops existing inventory.
The place seems to have limited selection of things like video games, movies, music albums and other things that a lot of pawn shops have a good variety of, but I've observed at this place that seems more likely the result that they've been well picked through and are left with enough quantity that they don't need to take in additional inventory of the same category and so what they have just sits because most who shop there know what they have in those categories. Not just those categories, BTW, those are just a few examples. IDK what's keeping this place afloat, what their driving line of business, rather best sellers, are, but clearly they do and can work it well enough to stay profitable enough to remain in business even decades in. So kudos there if for nothing else. Plus the people there are knowledgeable and reasonably chill. So while it may seem like I gave a few complaints, they're really meant as mostly observations as opposed to being critical and ultimately their actually minor because while there may be a number of flaws, you'll quickly gather what to expect from this place. And seriously, if you honestly don't like this place it's likely the result of a personal bad experience there that seems to be few and far between or someone who should really just avoid all pawn shops in general.”
“Brittany rocks‼️ She was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything that I didn’t understand in a kind respectful way. She helped process my payment etc. she is definitely the nicest person I’ve talked to at this location so far. Also they’re delivering team was very fast and careful and professional with setting up my furniture. I’ve had my couch for over a month now but I literally just got off the phone with Britt!”

She got me and my buddy hooked up with Internet quickly, helped me with getting some things accomplished on my account and helped my buddy figure out his military discount process. Took the time to talk to us and actually help us, and on top of that she was helping other customers to make sure they were getting checked in to help them ASAP. Other gentleman that was working was a big help as well but I didn't catch his name. Thank you both! Best Verizon customer service I've had in a LONG time!”
