I loved this place my dog Chosen looked great and I was told by them that my dog simply laid down and let the groomer work?! I could tell he liked it too! He looked great I got appt on short notice and my dog looked great and smelled better lol! I gave 4 not 5 stars for 2 small reasons my friend dropped off dog and was not asked about shampoo or dry skin and apparently no one asked if we wanted the extra conditioners or dry skin shampoo which I can work with that was my small drawback but will be sure to speak up next time!

Several years ago we brought a previous dog here before she passed away. Had no complaints then. We got a new dog and he needed grooming, so my wife phoned to see if we could get an appointment. The girl who answered said they were not accepting any new clients. This is understandable. But then she said, "Don't call back." To me this was unnecessary and unprofessional. Hence this post. Believe me, we will tell everyone of this encounter...and we won't call back.

My two dawgs are country dogs- meaning they get into everything. These folks can handle about any level of dirty..and they do a great job while being reasonably priced!

I wouldn’t recommend this groomer. After two phone messages, they didn’t have the decency to return my call to set up a return appointment.

They had my dog for 7 hours and said whenever he wasn't getting taken care of he was in a cage the whole time.. seems as if they dont take good care of the dogs

Amanda is an amazing groomer. She has the skill and patience to groom my bouncing Doodle boy. He has always looked amazing and smelled so clean when I pick him up. I wish she was closer to Kalamazoo
