Alot of people standing behind the counter would appear to be doing nothing and not asking if anybody needed any help when they were near the counter until another worker came in it must have been her time to come in and she was very helpful

Just today I took my nephew in to buy some new gaming accessories and he really wanted the PS Vr headset, we purchased it and not even 1 hour later we had to return it because the headset wouldn't turn on even after scanning the QR code to watch the tutorial set up. When asked if they could test it to see if it was his system not working with the device, they told us they couldn't and couldn't verify if it worked or not and stated it was the only one left in stock. This experience is exactly why I usually refuse to shop at this location and only did so today because of convenience. Even though the price was well on this product they are selling extremely over priced products on things such as the OLED switch for $319.99 when you can spend $30 more and have a brand new one guaranteed to work same with the PS5 pros listing at 449.99

An excellent resale electronics store in Battle Creek, MI! Located in a mini-mall with plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot! A great selection of games, CDs, DVDs and more await you at this location! Staff is friendly and on hand to help with anything you need!

I definitely found some great steals but sadly I couldn't hold it to the standards as the other locations. All other locations I have been to have the buy 3 DVDs get 10 free deals going on.

I feel the prices offered to buy your items is unbelievable! They are trying to get over on people who are having to get rid of things that they probably don't want to part with to begin with, but are having to in hopes to get some $ to hopefully be able to put another days food on the table or diaper their child for one more day... I mean I get it, it's a business and they are there to make $ , but then again I don't get why people have to be so greedy.... Rant ? over.
