It's ok. Vets are good. Staff act nice, but It's very unorganized there, making it hard to depend on them.

I absolutely love this place. They have affordable prices and always, always, always take care of my animals in an emergency. Sometimes they have longer wait times but I'm always happy to wait knowing that they will always make time for my pet when they need it the most.

I took a friend to have her dog put down so he would no longer have to suffer.. Every person there did everything they could to make an absolutely heartbreaking experience a little less awful for her. Their kindness and comforting words were so appreciated!

I had been taking my dog there since November of last year and have never made an appointment. I either just bring her in after work in the morning and wait or once when I was taking her out to poop I saw white in her poop and just took her right in. I went to take her in today and the person at the desk said they have never in their existence took walk ins and are appointment only. yep lied to my face, when they could have just said they were too busy for walk ins today, or anything that was the truth.

Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I've been taking my pets here since 1982.
Their service is great and their prices are reasonable. They have a separate entrance for cats and dogs which is convenient and you don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment.

Great place to take your dog. The building is little bit small. The hanging plant by the checkout is annoying. But great place to take your dog ?
