I always take my car here. They fixed the issue that I had wrong. They took the time to help my family get our vehicle safe to drive. The service manager made sure that he reached out at every chance he was able to, to update about the vehicle. Overall, they took the time to listen and fix everything wrong with my car. They are worth the money spent. Thank you for being amazing!!! We will only come to the Battle Creek facility because of the great customer service and respect that we are given. This is EXACTLY how loyal customers are formed. They back their products and services. So I feel safe and worry free with them handling my car. Again, thank you!

Called and left 2 separate messages in the last week to Sean Taylor, who says he'll call back as soon as he can, and left my name and number twice in each message. No answers, no call backs. I can understand being busy but I refuse to believe Sean is so busy that he can't return a call to get an appointment set up. If you guys need a real worker, hire me and I'll return every single one of your messages daily. Regardless, thank God you're not the only GMC place around here. I recommend the Portage dealership to folks when your call never gets answered ?

This place has really changed. Management must be different as my wife took her vehicle in for oil change and a few other minor things to be looked at. We stated we didn't want to be charged a diagnostic fee - and they didn't say anything otherwise. I called back to verify that we weren't going to have a diagnostic fee charged and the service person was very unfriendly and said we had signed our name and in the disclaimer it said we would be charged for the diagnostic fee. We already knew the hatch motor was bad so they didn't need to perform one. He also said in an unfriendly manner " why did you bring your car here ?" I asked to talk to a service manager. He was nicer and said the diagnostic fee is required. I asked him just to change the oil and we will take our vehicle somewhere else for repair. This is the second time I have been to this facility and i thought I would give them another chance (we live an hour away) the first time I went they misdiagnosed a rear differential as bad. After paying for a rebuilt one to be put in - it made the same noise. It took a country repair facility near me to wisely and quickly tell me it wasn't the differential - it was simply worn cupped tire noise.... Never again will we go to this place.

Love taking my car here to get serviced! The cost is reasonable and the time I waited was very minimal! Will continue to use them for my car repairs and services.

Terrible service. Had been working with a great gentleman Tim Marske for almost a week.Then this other guy comes in and only ended up offering $500 for my trade in... They added more to the estimate than needed to be. Not sure how they do the services there... But still being able to turn around and sell my trade in for $12k, they said "they are far away from being able to make a deal with me." Even though I was taking care of the financing. All they had to do was offer a vehicle. Sad....*Reply To Owner- Tim walked me through the appraisal and estimate. That is it.My finances had and have nothing to do with your business. I was there with my own financing. Oh yea, actually, I put it towards purchasing my house. Priorities.You wanted $5k so you could turn around and sell it for $12k. While making profit from a new sale. Sounds more like profiteering to me...

The customer service here is terrible..And after reading the owners responses from previous customers complaints he's just as rude as his salesman!! So it's a waste of time to report my unpleasant experience at his dealership to him.

I drove two hours for a truck that I viewed as being a great deal. Both Joe and Tim were polite and professional. I would for sure buy from them again. It was a great experience. They take care of their customers!

Quick and efficient service preferred dealer to service my chevys in Battle Creek over other dealerships. Spencer and the service team are "maintenance " people, not family of the owner.

Stopped in to get a new car for my 19 year old daughter, she picked a used 2017 Chevy Malibu. Very clean well maintained car. We experienced excellent customer service by Tim the manager there. He explained the buying process in detail to my daughter so she knew exactly what to expect. We put a deposit down and the car was held for us for 3 days, no issues. The day of the sale Tim was very responsive to my calls an texts, once we arrived all the paperwork was prepared and ready to sign. He walked my daughter through all the features of her new car so she would know how to operate everything. I would highly recommend this dealership they are honest and straightforward no sly tricks like most car lots out there. Ask for Tim he's the best!

Ely and the entire staff that was there went way above my expectations to make sure I had the car that I wanted that very day. The staff including Eli were very gracious and helpful, even though getting me in that car kept them working past closing time
