Treats their clients well but definitely needs to have more nurses! Sitting in the parking lot for a couple of hours waiting for a nurse to show up in unacceptable!!

None of the nurses want to come to work on Christmas Eve, now patients can't receive their dialysis. Dialysis is these people's lifelines. This is ludicrous!!!
