I loveeee our CVS in Battle Creek. All the employees are great! I’m a coupon shopper and sometimes I’m nervous in stores because I don’t like the employees to be mean to me but they are always super helpful and never mind explaining things to me or allowing me to do multiple transactions to get my deals ! I wish I remember specific names but I will leave another review if I can including them. But literally everyone is a pleasure and I come multiple times a day to shop ?

Knowledgeable workers and pharmacy staff. Everything is easy to find. Large isles with clean carpet throughout the store. Very clean.

Seems like the more I go here lately the worst it is! They missed placed one of my medications and made me weight for almost a half hour. Then there out of the medications that I need and still can't find another one of my medications that needs a refill. Just better off going to riteaide ....

I’d like to update/clarify my previous review, I love the tech staff at cvs on Columbia, Joe and the gang! They are so personable and welcoming, these 3 are what keep me coming back! Keep up the amazing work, you really make a difference!

The Pharmacy and workers in the store are amazing but the store's manager and assistant manager are poison and are the reason the Internet has them rated 2.3 stars. Replace the management of the store. They treat customers rotten.

Always a good visit at CVS. I usually receive coupons for 35% or 40% off one item, which I am able to use and then receive additional coupons after check out. I've been a customer for years while residing in Chicago--still a fav. Thanks for all you do.

I'm so sick of these automated answering systems. I'm on vacation and needed a prescription filled locally. It was sent to the wrong CVS and it took me 15 minutes to get through on the automated system. Had to say speak to the pharmacy 75 times. All it wanted me to do was download the app. Someone's going to die because of this stupid system. Is it to hard to hire someone to answer the dam phone! Contrary to popular belief, not all automated systems can answer every question.
