I wasn't thrilled with this wireless service because it dropped all the time whenever I left a populated area whatsoever. I did find the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. It's not their fault the service isn't that great. I didn't enjoy the phone support for this company, but once again it's not the staffs fault.

I cannot even express how dissatisfied I was with my visit to this store. There was one employee, a middle aged man that seemed to be preoccupied and uninterested in helping us with our issue. He kept pushing us away and referred us to call customer service. We drove 30 miles back home, called customer service only to find that we needed to go back to the store for our particular trouble shooting issue. Huge frustration. Honestly, this man made our decision for us. We've decided to switch next week when our service is up. All because of the incompetent man that had no issue sending his ONLY customers away with false information just so that he didn't have to lift a finger to help. So, not getting our lines of service and we will not be updating our phones with Cricket. This was the push I needed to sign with a real cell service provider. I definitely didn't appreciate dismissive troll purposefully sending us away so that he could partake in whatever activity that made him wide eyed, jittery and spaced out.

Cricket wireless on Beckley in Battle Creek Michigan is a little shady. Not only did the manager suggest that I put insurance on my old iPhone so that I could accidentally break it and get a much newer phone. But then On my next visit to exchange a charger That this store manager sold me. I was informed they don’t do returns or exchanges. But maybe he could work some magic? This manager seriously creep me out.

I'd love to give this location a full on -5 star review if it was possible. Seems everytime my wife and I go to this location, except for one time (female employee then) we have issues with the staff. Just like today it's been time to upgrade my phone didn't want to utilize the cricket website and figured we would give our business to one of the local stores, bad idea employee who refused to give his name, was rude and extremely disrespectful, I've worked in retail for a long time before changing career paths, and I would have never dreamed that it would be ok to use profanity and racial slurs around customers. Even if you are only talking with another customer. That was issue one, issue two said employee talked down to my wife like she was stupid for asking a simple question, and three when I mentioned the fact due to his behavior I will just order on line or go to the other cricket store down the road. He became even more aggressive. And yelled more profanities at us as we left, while there was still another customer in the store.

It wasn't impressed by the lack of help we purchased 2 phones from them one of the phones broke we had warranties on it and they charged a still full price for another phone where's the warranty question I turned around called corporate office and they refunded our money on on the phone and gave us a new 1 free but it took arguing with the corporate office and the CEO just to get a new phone and get a rebate back be careful what you do

Andrew is the kindest, friendliest, and most knowledgeable worker. He does great with electronics and explains what is going on to you. This Cricket store should be so proud for employing such a fantastic person. He has fixed my phone twice now. He's quick and efficient. He always has a smile on his face.

This office treated my mother and disabled brother TERRIBLY today!!! The manager was cursing at my mom and accusing her of being racist.
