I didn't go in the store but I called there, spoke to a very nice and informative woman. Usually cell phone stores have less than happy employees. It was nice to speak with someone knowledgeable and kind.

Thank you!! I am so glad that there is a second cricket store here in Battle Creek!!!! Seriously it's like day and night between the two stores. I understand that the two are owned separately which I am happy to hear. This location was so much more helpful and inviting!!! Seriously people avoid the Beckley Rd store at all cost, utilize this location! Amazing customer service!!!

My phone had stopped working. I walk into the Cricket store. The clerk was just not helpful. She barely looked at my phone. Made assumptions about my phone. Kept insisting I upgrade my phone. I carry insurance on it she still kept trying for me to buy a new phone. She said I had to call a phone number for the insurance but how could I with a broken phone. She wasn't very helpful at all. I had no way of calling the insurance company. She didn't offer to call or help me. Still trying to upgrade my phone. I left and went elsewhere and all my phone needed was to be reset. It's been working evet since. Without having to purchase a new phone. I will never ever ever go back to this rude money hungry store!!!

The staff wasn't very inviting. Almost was like they didn't want to help. Purchased a screen protector and for what I paid vs what they are really worth. They should have at least installed the thing.

This place can't get any new stock of phones in! The other store in Battle Creek is where the company sends all their stock. So Sad, employees are there to mostly except payments on account.
