Both Brandon and Karen are extremely passionate about helping you out. They went above and beyond to help me during a hard time I was desperate to find a car. They don’t push anything on you only gave me helpful information about what their options are. Very honest people for some dealership with a history of “screwing people over”

I would rate a zero if it was an option. Clearly from my pay stubs and w2’s I met their requirements. I guess they are just like every other lying POS dealership in Battle Creek. Thanks so much for wasting 3 days.

We were told you have to make a minimum of $1,900 a month and have printed paystubs or W-2's, disability income or having a job that pays through something like cashapp is not acceptable and they would also want $2,000 down up front on a used vehicle.?

The process was smooth and simple. But be VERY cautious when purchasing a vehicle here. I know it's tempting. Especially for people with no other options and in need of a vehicle. On the third day of having a vehicle from them, i started notcing a hot fluid smell and the car threw a check engine light. I Immediately took it to autozone to have them check codes and it came back four pages worth of issues the vehicle could potentially have. With the main one being a faulty thermostat. Kind of a big deal. Luckily i was eithin the 5 days and had the option of returning it which i was able to do eith no issues. Don't be impulsive and end up in over your head with a bad deal and vehicle.
