On 2/1/23 your fine company took $35.00 out of my checking account and stated no payment eon 2/24/23. On 2/3/23 I discovered that I was on auto matic payment cycle with out my knowledge so, when I took my debit card information out of boost pay, your company took my 0 amount due into $31.05 due 2/24/23. I have bank statements showing your fine company with drew $35.00,$37.00 $2.00 $15.00 out of my checking account automatically. And you still say I owe $31.05 to keep service. What You do with the $100.00 you took from my checking account?. And now you want me to give a good rating. Lol

I would give them negative stars is let me, don't go here at a I don't recommend I went for upgrade which is $50 plus service activation, and they wouldn't sell me anything under $125 phone. Went to a different store and got an upgrade for $50. then Went to just buy a phone as a gift to my daughter with a time card and they said they can't sell just a phone like that and wanted to charge me rediculous amount to set up new phone. REPEAT I WOULD NOT EVEE GO HERE RHERE ITHER ATORE THAT ARE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE THEY ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY AND DINT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

They charge for stuff you don't need. Charged me for new sim card when i switched to same exact phone & activation fee. I paid $45 and then they wont update my phone, said for me to use a public wifi, what a joke!!
