Awesome customer service. The dude there truly is a technical wizard. He was not only setting me up with a new phone and service, but was also able to assist 4 other people at the same time like it was nothing. Now that is some skill. Thank you I'm truly happy with the service and my new phone!

Let me start off by saying, that good customer service is very hard to find... Prior to going into Boost my wife and I were thinking about maybe switching to Metro PCS ( We have been Boost customers for almost a year, and my wife was wanting a new phone. So we considered switching to get a free phone from Metro) As soon as we entered Boost in Pennfield by Pizza Hut, we were greeted by a guy named Rup. He asked us how our week was going and asked what brought us into the store and how he could help us ( and actually he remembered us from stopping by a couple weeks ago and said " hey its good to see you both again!!!" We told him we were considering buying a new phone and asked what we primarily used them for, and he showed us their newest phones and what he thought our best options would be. He also looked up our accounts and let us know when we would be eligible for an upgrade. Rup also told us that if we purchased a new phone, he could get us in and out in 15 minutes. On a scale of 1 - 10, we give Rup a 10 ( really we'd give him a 20 on a scale of 1 - 10 LOL) His AMAZING customer service is literally what kept us both with Boost. We could have went down the road and got a phone for free from Metro PSC but it's worth the cost of a phone if this is the kind of service we can expect. We just both wanted to Thank him and encourage anyone needing mobile phone service or prepaid internet to go visit him. He is very kind and knowledgeable, and Rup did get us out of there in less than 15 minutes!! ( and that's after he set up the phone, applied a case and screen protector!!!!) What a great experience!!!! Thank You Rup!!!

What a great phone buying experiance I would recommend this store over any other !! Best customer service, selection of phones is great, and super attentive for what I used my phone for an what one works best for me an my situation. I love my new phone!

I had service with ATT and my phone broke so I went in to get a new phone under their promotion of turn any year and any condition and get a new phone. Well not only did I NOT get the promotion I also got major attitude and yelled at by one of the employees. So my boyfriend has Boost so he took my down to the store. I was helped by Rup - who was amazing especially seeing I came into the store with an attitude from dealing with ATT. Rup was very patient and understanding of what I was going through. Within minutes of being there I was calmed down by the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in the store. I highly recommend Boost Mobile and this store. Thank you Rup for your amazing service
