Friendly staff and always a good range of products. The displays are organized and uniform, usually in all BestBuy stores. The open box deals and their classification is really helpful and good for savings.

Looking like a 2003 Circuit City on the verge of closure. Displays are not stocked. Limited stock on Samsung phone products. Google and Apple displays look terrible. Microsoft display looks terrible. Staff is friendly. Carpet and infrastructure is worn and tattered. It really takes away from the brick and mortar experience. The checkout lanes are now forcing us to look at impulse purchases and it's cluttered and busy.
