As always, Auto Zone delivered. Just registered my vehicle in MI and the screw was stripped and mount defective. Steven K got me the right part (at the right price) fixed the broken pieces & attached my new plate safely & securely. Even referred me to my new local mechanics and fix it places. Love this hometown hospitality & excellent service. Thank you Steven.

Employee (sorry I didn't get his name) was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
Usually, when I go to an autoparts store, I get brushed off. I've even been told, "it's outside of my pay grade," by an employee when I asked a basic question (different location).
I've also been spoken to as if I was a child or couldn't possibly understand what I was talking about because I'm a woman. Because of constantly being treated as inadequate, I've become apprehensive to go into hardware or auto parts stores.
This visit wasn't like that. I appreciate that the employee treated me the same as any customer.
The downside to my visit was that they didn't carry the fog light that I went in for and couldn't order it. That's more than likely because of something Toyota has in place. Although, I am able to order the part through Amazon.

Uncommon customer service and follow through - great experience! I believe it was Chris who helped me take on my vehicle issues - with his guidance and parts recommendations I drove home instead of calling a tow truck!

Fuel filter sold to us. Did not fit. Diesel leaked on the fire wall. They did return part.

On multiple occasions I have been assisted by Angel at the Battle Creek AutoZone. Each time she was informative, knowledgeable and more than willing to help in any way she could. She went above and beyond when she helped me install a battery in my Mustang. I would highly recommend this store based on the high quality of service provided, especially by Angel.
