“July 2024 Update. Recently went got an oil change and coolant flush. After getting home I discovered an issue of concern which I contacted Uncle Ed's through their website about.
The next day I was contacted by a district manager (Jerrod?) who arranged a time for me to come into Uncle Ed's to take a look at the problem. The next day they spent a total of about 45 minutes going through things to figure out the issue and finally identified and found a solution. Repeating what I said earlier this year, they pay attention to detail and work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied!

“Dante in the parts department went WAY above and beyond helping me to locate the service parts I needed. Toyota's website was not super clear (this coming from a former Toyota engineer), but he helped me locate what I needed and I've now got my parts on order. Someone get Dante an attaboy and maybe even a super big Christmas bonus!”
“Just left Bailey Park Auto Service after my husband had arranged for my daughter to stop and have her car checked out. Her check engine light was on and the D gear light was flashing. We weren't sure that she should be driving the car at all. Kevin ran diagnostics on it to give us peace of mind that it was ok for her to drive. We're scheduling an appointment there to have the issue taken care of next week.
We very much appreciate Kevin's kindness and taking the time out of his very likely busy day to diagnose her car right away and explain what he found, instead of having us wait until we had an appointment. He helped us out and encouraged me to talk with my husband before scheduling, no pressuring.
I didn't get the name of the girl in the office, but she was very genuine, friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

“Great service, knowledgeable, reasonable, and timely. After coming highly reccomended by friends and family I Took my 2013 Durango in with some very strange electrical problems, I had already done everything I knew to do to try to remedy the problem.. took 10 days to get in, charging for only 1 hour diagnostics they found the issue, and called me with a quote. took another 5 business days for the parts to get in and on that same day they called me and told me to come get my car, so far so good, it’s back to running as it should. Ted was my mechanic I didn’t get a chance to meet him but would still reccomend in a heartbeat… they used good oem parts, and took care of me? they also found a couple smaller issues and made me aware but didn’t pressure me to do those repairs right away unless I wanted to”
