“If you are checking for a part online or placing a order for pickup call ahead. Inventory is not always correct. Got to the store to pickup order, got confirmation that order was ready for pickup, to learn that part was not available. Looked up a upgrade part that is "available " to learn that that part was out of stock also. Wasted trip in to town.”

“I recently used Gerber to fix my Nissan after a pretty intense run in with a deer. The entire process was so easy. I had my car towed there and I almost immediately got a text from them letting me know my car had arrived and when they would be starting my estimate. Every day I got a text update explaining what they were doing that day and to reassure me that they were still on track to have my car ready by the initial pickup date. My car took a little over 3 weeks to fix which considering the damage was a reasonable time frame. When I finally picked up my car they had detailed the interior which was an unexpected service that I appreciated. Overall I would 100% recommend and will definitely come back if or when my car needs repaired!”

Best experience I've had and much needed. My Son and I were trying to find proper parts to fix my Battery, having a huge issue, Because, I would actually need to go through the Dealership.and, I am just not in a good position for that. Drew happened to be in the parking I didn't realize he was an employee, I asked him if he knew anything about Batteries, He said, Yes, I do,
Once he saw the issue he went to work assisting me, I kinda didn't know what he was up to because, the part wasn't available, and Drew comes out the store with a part that is a quick fix and will actually last longer than my Battery.
