“We have been talking about upgrading one of our vehicles for a while. We had been looking at the Lincoln Aviators for a few years. I noticed one at Lakeview Fords lot and didn’t give it too much thought …. Then a week or two later I was going by there and saw the same Aviator but with “0% “ financing on the windshield (may have been there before but I didn’t notice). It was still there a few days later so I asked about it. I was connected with Susie Wilkey and we set up a test drive for a day or so later. All went well and we ended up buying it. Susie made the entire transaction effortless. It was a demo, so we didn’t expect it to be perfect, but Susie found a few things and had them corrected for us quickly. She ensured that any/all recalls were taken care of and made the entire transaction process super easy. Even in the next week after we took possession, she quickly followed up with the items she noticed and one that we brought up and it was SO EASY!!!

“Let me tell you about Scott Brown. The first time I phoned close to two weeks ago concerning a 1994 Olds Cutlass S., I knew I had phoned the correct business and was speaking to the right person. Scott was ready to listen to my concerns, offer advice and convince me to do business with Airway and him. He kept his word and phoned me back a week later due to a family issue i needed to resolve. We agreed to a day and time in which the car would be picked up. The time for pick-up was close enough. Scott kept his promise as to the amount of cash I was to receive even though more than a week had passed. The driver Dain who arrived to take the Olds was polite, attentive and careful. We talked and he listened without being in a hurry. I asked and received a receipt in the mail in short order as promised by Scott. He did mention that receipts are not usually asked for, but he would "work on it" that day so he wouldn't forget. Needless to say I was impressed by this total process and transaction. I would and will encourage anyone to give Airway Auto a Call, and I will mention Scott and Dain in the conversation. Thank you again everyone at Airway.”

“I’ve had my truck in twice for bodywork. (I have to admit, I love this truck more than any other vehicle I’ve owned.)The first time was for front end damage, and it took 2 days longer than estimated. The work was done right, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. I was very happy with the outcome.The second time was rear end/bumper work, and they finished 2 days early, and under the estimate. My only gripe was that it took so long to get my truck in, but Im very understanding about it. This is just the way the world is now. It’s hard to find good help, and costs of everything is up, especially labor on their side.All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience, and would gladly WAIT to give them my business again.Good job guys!
