Just purchased a 2021 Nissan Altima, enjoying the car. Ramone was a pleasure to work with, he showed extreme professionalism, and worked with me on price! I appreciate everything he did. Ramone went above and beyond the normal call for customer service, even gave me a ride home and brought me back so I didn't have to call a taxi. I highly recommend Auto Maxx if you are in need of a vehicle, they all are friendly to work with but Ramone gave exceptional customer service, he is highly recommended.

The guy was very rude and passive aggressive he made me feel small. I am a woman trying to grow in this world and move forward and I thought buying a car would be helpful in this journey. But the guy who talked to me made me decide to go elsewhere with this journey. Overall the customer service (or lack of) was terrible. 0/10
