Always pleasant and easy to work with. Hope to never have a claim with them. So I can't vouch for service after a claim. But the crew has always been helpful and knowledgeable.

Very bad customer service. Tried filing a claim, was UNABLE to speak to a human, called THIS Agency and they hung up on me. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING!!!!!~

After over 7 years of service no issues. Each call made to this agency was handled right away! Given the service level, I have only called 3 times after all these years,because they stay on top of it.

Easy to reach and talk to an actual human.The people at this agency are too notch and that's why I'm still getting my insurance here.Allstate corporate itself isn't great at all and I'd probably give them 2 stars.Got into an accident and vehicle was totalled.Had to actually call their claims rep and argue about value a total of 11 times.Initially they offered $7800 but when I went looking I couldn't find anything near that price that was comparabe.They were using vehicles 500-600 miles away that weren't optioned like mine as comparables but when I found one 60 miles away that had almost the same miles and options mine had but they dismissed it because it was front wheel drive and not 4 wheel drive like mine was but that front wheel drive was priced at $14,900 and sold for that as well.All in all after all the calls, emails, info and everything else I ended up getting $10,200 for my vehicle.The agency is that good to where I'll look past that as it's not even a once in a decade that I get into an accident.

Because of this agency I am dedicated to never using Allstate for anything again in my life. Shortly after I requested that they stopped calling me, they called me back. I had to actually block their number to prevent them from continuing to harass me. I'm not even a customer nor will I ever be now. I would be very careful who you give your phone number to, and it never give it to these people, they won't leave you alone even after you ask. It actually might be Allstate corporate that encourages this because I had a similar interaction with an Allstate agent not that long ago. We came to an understanding and I haven't been called back by him again. Then again if you like Relentless marketing calls, they might be for you

Such HORRIBLE customer service. Not being able to even TALK to your agent when it comes time to file a claim. Before, while they take all your money, they will constantly talk to you you.
