This place has some of the highest rates in Michigan and does not even try to apply any discounts. The lady in the Battle Creek, Michigan office is rude and has a bad attitude. She also seems suspect like she is over charging customers in order to pocket some of the money. I will never go deal with these people ever again and I have went with another great insurance company. My advice, do not waste your money here. I will be contacting the corporate office.

ummmm.......where's the girl that's normally here, I came to get my insurance like I do every year, but my girl was gone :-( some rude lady in here now.
