The mail delivery people are great; helpful even. Things take a turn for the worse when you have to go into the post office counter for service. Save yourself a trip; go elsewhere.Example: Took package to Bath post office; instant issues encountered. Took package to Haslett post office; zero issues encountered.

Very rude staff. Limited hours. Act as if you are inconveniencing them to ship a package. I try to avoid this location if possible.

Talked to someone through a closed door and just wanted them to look at my packages and tell me if they were too big to go in the drop off slot. She wouldn’t open the door and told me “we’re closed for the day.” They close early on Wednesday’s so I get it. But truly all she had to do was look at my pre-paid packages and tell me yes you can put those in the drop off or no you have to come back when we open.

Our postman on Watson rd is very helpful and courteous. We have always appreciated his efforts to deliver.

The lady that runs the front desk is very unprofessional, not polite, condescending and rude. I don't know why I keep coming back here, I guess it's convenient because it's close but I have had too many bad experiences with one employee in particular. Shes says something cannot be mailed or is packaged improperly when another post office took it, gave me a tracking number did what they are suspose to do in a polite professional way. If you have to go to this post office for help I'd suggest driving to another town to do it.

Through the years we have had numerous post offices to deal with. This one is top notch!! The workers are friendly and efficient. The Delivery carrier has never let us down. Thank you Bath Postal Workers!!! Jack & Nancy

I went to the post office a couple months ago and bought a roll of post card stamps. When I got back the office I realized they sold me regular stamps and overcharged me. When I took them back to exchange they said they have a policy of no returns. I went there today to buy 30 post card stamps and they told me they are out. They only had rolls until the next shipment came in. I asked them when that would be. They said they didn't know. You just can't run a business that way.

I have lived in Bath for over 20 years. These 2 women who work the front desk...D & T...are not professional representatives of their employer. They hold grudges for their own mistakes and oversights. They harbor resentment for those of us who expect competent and professional service. Lost mail, no stamps, no forms, giggling between themselves, while they make us wait. Personally I only visit this place if I have to. I use the Hasslet and DeWit facilities. What a difference!
