Paid for a rabbit 11/17 in the afternoon. Spoke with Bobby about coming by 11/18 to pick up said rabbit. Had some unexpected things come up in the morning and wasn’t able to make it at the time we agreed and communicated this to him. Instead of working out a time for pickup another day, Bobby was demeaning and arrogant in his communications with me and decided refunding was the appropriate choice rather than keep my business and work out pickup for another day. No call no show?? First of all, you are selling rabbits. I communicated with Bobby throughout everything and he never reached out to schedule another day with me. Keep in mind I paid for this rabbit just the night before and was trying my best to be there the next day to get the rabbit after one I had already bought from him unexpectedly died. Three other rabbits from Bobby are healthy and thriving under my care. In Bobby’s words, they are too busy to have someone pass by and pick up a rabbit at a convenient time.
