A hard no for irrigation services. Needed new sprinkler heads and the guy came to install. I found most of them just laying next to my sprinklers in the lawn - they were never installed, but the one and only sprinkler guy that works for the company had left my house. I’m not sure if he forgot what he was doing. We also had a constant leaky valve that I asked that same sprinkler guy to check out, and he came out several times over a couple of months insisting there’s no leak even though my yard had several inches of standing water in certain areas. My husband even met with him to try and manage the situation since I didn’t have time, but we kept being told everything was fine. Since puddles of water doesn’t seem normal to me, I brought in a different sprinkler company to assist and they located and fixed the problem immediately (same day). We got stuck with a huge water bill because this sprinkler guy at the company - they only have one sprinkler person working for them - kept telling us there was no leak at all. Literally months of him coming back per my request when the water wouldn’t dissipate, all the while being promised there’s not a leak and then I received a monstrous water bill in the mail due to the leak that was so obvious to see. That was the most frustrating experience. Getting ahold of anyone to make an appointment or inquire about repairs is nearly impossible, as nobody answers the phones. The owner of the company came by my house once to apologize for a serious issue where every time the irrigation system turned on it would shake and rattle all through the pipes as if something was blocking water from flowing through, and while it wasn’t necessary for him to make a personal visit, it was what kept me using the company for so long. We have now switched to a different company that knows what they’re doing, and it has saved me so much time and money. So many disasters with this place.
