“Location: 16861 Marsh Rd, Haslett. Also known as Bath branch. Close to M78/ W Saginaw Rd near I69 on-ramp. This location is larger than nearby Okemos branch. More convenient prkng. It's usually less busy. Normally just use the drive thru. Recently renovations to ATM area. Hope they didn't do away with the inside teller stations. Will update next time I visit.”

“As young, uncertain first time home buyers Aron and his team were the people we needed. They were kind, courteous, and always willing to answer our many questions. They walked us through every step of the process and kept us in the loop at all times. I’m so thankful we were able to work with them.”

“Marcus Gorham is the best!! He always answers the phone or calls right back, his knowledge of FNBA's products is sharp, and he takes care of business! FNBA is my go to for land lending, but they also have many other products as well. I am constantly looking for opportunities to work with them again. Thank you FNBA and Marcus for an awesome job!! :)”

“It is really nice to use a bank where the staff knows the customers and is able to provide really personalized service. You can call them and a person you know answers the phone and helps you - just like the good old days of banking!”

“Love this bank! Very helpful to small businesses! Nice to do business with a bank that really cares about not only clients and committed to helping you reach your goals but they do so much to support our community. Specifically would like to thank manager Brad Tkaczyk. Brad sits on two boards, ( that I know of), both focusing on children. He gives so much of his time and energy making a real impact! I'm always seeing Brad out in our community always asking what he can do to help. He is a true reflection of what FlagStar stands for. If you want to do business with a financial institution that is Michigan based AND truly cares, look no further, Flagstar is the bank for you!”

“The mix of shops here has changed a lot over the last 50 years. Rite-Aid is the one constant. It's smaller than any other Rite-Aid in the area, so its selection is limited, but we can usually find what we need, and it's location is convenient.”

“Visit here to talk with Financial Services (cuz I'm so filthy rich... Not!). First time in this branch. It's one of the new models of CU. No bank of tellers. No mysterious staff working out of side offices doing Lord knows what. Instead you walk in, register on a tabletn staying why you are there (walk-in, appt, etc) then someone pops out a glass enclosed cubicle and gently guides you to their desk where you do you business. I like both bank models (old fashioned and this space age model). Today's visit went well and swell until I got busted trying to take a picture of the interior. I guess that's what bank robbers do. It's deleted. Got some exterior shots though.”

“I was with my sister, have been several times now. The teller's are always friendly and helpful. We have never waited in line at the drive through. Teller's complete the transactions quite quickly compared to several CU I have accounts at.”

“The people that work here are VERY nice. Not sure why there’s 1 stars but my experience is impeccable. You might have to wait but maybe some of you should learn patience.”

“THIS BANK REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PEOPLE. To be perfectly honest, I'm incredibly impressed with how non-judgemental and forgiving this establishment was with regards to overdraft fees during covid and the residual economic conditions. It's what kept me a customer, despite not living particularly close to any of the branches. I've been a customer for 20 years - I opened my first account up in Mt Pleasant when I started college - and I can't say I've ever had a complaint. Also, please give Jeff a raise; he is excellent with interpersonal communication and troubleshooting. Can't thank these people enough. A++”

“I live out of state and needed to set up my parents CASE account for online banking. Called customer service and was assisted by Becca. This was by far the most efficient and pleasant experience I have ever had with a financial institution. Becca was courteous, professional and made the process easy to follow. Thank you Becca.”

“The renovations are incredible! I love that you just come in, sign in, and then you sit down with someone. It's a much more personal experience now than it used to be standing at a counter. They also are very efficient for whatever you are there for. Incredible experience!”

“This credit union is far superior to any bank and of the hundreds of times I have been at branches and needed any form of assistance they have been nothing but helpful. I will absolutely never deal with any other financial institution for my person finances. From ordering foreign currency to loans, I have nothing but good things to say about MSUFCU.”

“I enjoy the personal attention my DFCU Representatives give. They all have been courteous and knowledgeable about all the questions I have asked . My local DFCU treat me like family! I love this. The Branch manager Ann B. has been spectacular. And Shout Out to Leo N. He helped me with getting a car loan. He took time to thoroughly explain the process. The friendly staff and excellent customer service has been exemplary.”

“Worked with Tiffany. Coming from an area where everyone is super nice to where mostly everyone is nasty and cold, she definitely gave me southern vibes. She is personable, friendly, educated, and just has great energy. Thank you!”

“I am seeing a lot of reviews attacking MSUFCU for the new Abbot and Albert branch. My response is this: don't go to that one. It was very clearly designed for easy access to the students on campus, which is the primary function of this bank anyways. None of the on campus locations are particularly easy to get to by car, but they aren't designed to be. The branch at the student union has parking out front, should you need it, and the one further down grand river (near where cottage inn pizza is) lots of options for parking. If you absolutely can't spare the extra 5 minutes to walk to the bank, the branch located on mount hope and farm lane is only a few miles from where these other branches are located.I have been with MSUFCU for 2-3 years and have had only good experiences. Great rates on credit cards and personal loans, great yield on the savings builder account, and great staff at every location I have visited. I plan to keep all of my banking (including my eventual mortgage) through this institution. Thanks for everything!”
