“While we were heading home we noticed a screw in our tire and were driving all around looking for somewhere opened on a Sunday at 4:30pm. When we pulled in and went inside to say what happened Terry immediately came outside, got on the ground to look at what was going on, and took care of our us. We were in and out in 15 minutes and can head home safe and sound now.So incredibly thankful and cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Great service and friendly staff. I brought my car (Honda Accord) in after being quoted an extremely high price ($5k) at another dealership. Charlie was able to explain the issue the same day in a way that I could understand. Told me what was needed why it was needed and the price and had my car fixed and ready to go running like new the next day for a third of the price (under $600). Got a call the next day that when the tech started work he ended up finding that the fix was a simpler issue and only ended up costing a third of original estimate to fix! Thaer, Jon and Boyd went above and beyond. They disrupted their own schedules to help us out 2 hours before closing.
Just like that we were on our way back to our weekend getaway.
This shop doesn’t just do great work , provide a 3 YEAR WARRANTY (good at shops across the country) they are wonderful people.

I'm attached to this vehicle and and appreciate the way everyone proceeds with the utmost care and sensitivity. Like... don't even breathe on it wrong & I'm watching like a hawk ? (LOL).
Services were completed in quick order at each visit, Eric is excellent with customer service and prompt to get things started, Alex (the owner, I believe) was very kind and welcoming a few months back, and all the techs I've come into contact with are respectful and transparent. They know their craft and you won't find tomfoolery, lies, or gouging here.
There's a cozy/quaint little waiting area that works out great for me while my vehicle is being serviced, restroom is clean, easy in/easy out of the lot on the corner. I always call ahead to make sure they have room to see me, and if it's cutting things too close for the day, I set up another day to come in.
I've had my car towed here and also driven in.
When I had her towed to Low Cost, it was a high-winds kinda day, and my baby was up on a flatbed being carried down my soaked dirt road, by a driver that had a surprising kind of demeanor, so I was definitely on edge about her delivery to the shop. Eric was kind enough to call me right away to let me know she was delivered safely and that they'd begin shortly.
This is an honest and dependable shop.
If you're looking for a no-nonsense approach to maintaining and/or repairing your vehicle, I recommend this shop. They will NOT use scare tactics to make sales. Be advised, if you're using a card payment, there is a convenience fee (as do many shops).
I know MY car, I know something ABOUT cars, and I know this shop is serving the community well.
