Funny story, I had just had gotten a part I needed for my sister's car at a salvage yard, making my way back-- pop! My front right tire hits something and blows out for the first time.
I pulled aside, looked up places to go that were open. I gave Discount Tire a call and spoke with Tony, who effortlessly guided me to locating what type of tire I had while also ensuring that they could get me out within an hour. Amazing 10/10 guy.
As I arrived, I met with Trey who was the kind of employee that makes you feel right at home, very reassuring and friendly, answered all my questions, and recommended a great option for me!
Throughout the wait time I noticed that every customer was given the same energy, patience, and kindness, which I have to seriously applaud and give kudos.
As they pulled up my car, I spoke with Tyler, very warm and kind no doubt, who I believe was the technician that worked on my car, asked if I had any questions, and in my mind he completed the best service I ever had!

“I was on a business trip from Michigan to Chicago yesterday, and I was losing air in my tire. I had to keep pulling over to get air in my tire until I found a tire repair place. They were booked but pulled my car in anyway and fixed my tire. I would have been stranded and missed a very important meeting had they not helped me. They were a total blessing! Thank you so much!
