“The staff is FABULOUS! but the location is dangerous. It's always congested with people turning around in road. It is busy but a different location would make a big difference. Love the staff though!!!”

“WOW! These ladies have awesome packing skills!My 6 yr old granddaughter left her glasses in my car when I dropped her and my daughter off at the airport in Chicago!They were flying home to Oregon! I was too far away by the time I found them... By then I was in Michigan, so I brought them here to be FedEx'd.They quoted me 5 to 6 days. The clerk wrapped them very carefully in bubble wrap and a box that was just the right size. My daughter called me in 3 days saying they were already there! I totally recommend this place! It's nice and clean, they have pickups throughout the day and the workers are super friendly and helpful. Anytime I need to ship something off I will definitely go back there!”

“Was here to pick up a priority package. I had some tough time talking to the FedEx agents on their 800 number to arrange this pick up. But the experience here was nice. very limited parking space and some road work happening near by made things a little difficult. had to park in the nearby road and walk to this place. There was no wait time. Asked for the tracking number and id, the package was given to me in another 2 mins. Smooth and easy. Staffs were friendly as well. If you can deal with the FedEx agents on their customer care number, a hold & pick up from here isn't that difficult. good luck with that!”
