I was on a business trip from Michigan to Chicago yesterday, and I was losing air in my tire. I had to keep pulling over to get air in my tire until I found a tire repair place. They were booked but pulled my car in anyway and fixed my tire. I would have been stranded and missed a very important meeting had they not helped me. They were a total blessing! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Called to have 2 bran new tires i just bought for my daughter's car. And because i did not buy them from them I was told we dont mount any tire not bought from us And Hung Up On Me ? totally unprofessional?

These guys are always honest! They never try to upsell me un something, they simply diagnose the problem and fix it and if they cannot they tell me and recommend a place that can.

I've been to Nye's twice now, and both times they have been absolutely phenomenal with their service. They helped me out and made sure I knew exactly what was being done and what was happening as it was happening. Extremely patient, and kind! It's not going to get better than these guys. You call Jerry, he sets up an appointment, you drop off the car and they fix it. As things progress they call you to let you know what's happening. They make solid recommendations, about what you need , and they don't try to sell you things you don't. The value is outstanding and the prices are more than competitive. They use seasoned mechanics . Like the old school. They interpret sounds and feel, not just plug in a diagnostic tool and fix whatever comes up,They KNOW cars

Jerry is always very honest and the team does a great job! I had been gifted some break pads since I heard a noise in the front when breaking. When I took it in they said my pads were still good. The noise was just the rust. Saved me a bunch of money. Customer for life!
