This is wild!! The package was supposed to be delivered by the said time. However, upon spending the entire morning waiting for the truck to show up, It sent me a notification of "Attempted Deliver"!!! Like wth??? I was waiting and looking out at the window constantly, and the driver never even showed up?? In what ways did you "attempt" to deliver the package?? Then they didn't leave a "Attempt Notice" as they are REQUIRED to do so, let alone waiting 5 minutes out by the residential area as REQUIRED. Eventually, the package was sent back to this store and to be picked up. If I wanted it to be picked up in the first place, then why didn't I go with that option in the first place, hmm? Anyway, this place is a disappointment!!

Staff here are not willing to go out of their way or at least help. I requested my package to be picked up at their location and when it wasn't there yet they told me that FED EX customer service gave me false information, to think that they are under one company, FED EX. They blame customer service or the customers instead of finding resolution. 5 mins after, the package was brought by a fed ex driver. Can't believe they pulled down one of their own just to get away from helping a customer.

Staff here did not even try to double check our packages. We even told them that the customer service specifically told us to pick up on this location at specific time. Staff were negative about it just telling us " your package is not here and you're getting false information " that's it! He keeps on telling that and not saving the time to help out checking the status of the package. No customer service at all!!!!

I have never received packages from them on time always a few days late but the last two packages I got was out for delivery as I called the 800 number.The agent told me it was at the Dado st location so I picked it up and 1 hour later I get a notification it was delivered. Worst delivery service I wish I can give zero stars the employee at the location blamed the weekly turnover of drivers pretty sad company.

Typical FedEx experience. Driver from this center marks package as undeliverable due to no access before even attempting to deliver. Unlike UPS and even Amazon, there's no solution from customer support until the package is either missing/misdelivered/returned for the 3rd time. The call center will say someone from claims/support will call - but they don't.If you run a business, save your customers a headache and just use another shipping service. At least give them the option of paying the extra dollar or two for UPS.Avoid any FedEx product or service until they get it together.

Seriously this place deserves less then 1 star. Every time I order something online I cross my fingers and hope it's not being delivered by FedEx. I have yet to have a great experience with them. Never fails I have to March down there and demand my item because the route driver lies about the attempts they make to deliver my items. Every single time the driver attempts are ZEROOOO!!! One word LAZY!! I'm here for the 2nd time in one day and they can't locate where the driver left my package. So ridiculous. Shut down FedEx already !!!! Also here is their DIRECT store number +1 (408) 546-3100. When I called them directly they questioned how I got their number as if that was of importance.

I have been having delivery issues with these Fed Ex delivery guys they keep leaving my packages at different areas in my complex . They need to be paying attention to the building addresses as some of us get important things in these packages. I just new they did it again. fed ex please teach your employees how to follow directions we are expecting are packages not having to do your delivery drivers jobs and go hunt our packages down. unacceptable ! and the delivery driver left my credit card at another person's door e gish road get it right 3 bldgs 75,65,55 and 75 starts from the corner of gish kerley drive what's so difficult about it SMH

Horrible service. I just watched a lady picked up her Samsung monitor & the staff just drop her item with no care. My husbands company item was suppose to be shipped overnight & they held it for no reason. They didn't attempt to deliver at all. The reason was "we don't deliver weekends," the item was shipped Thursday and expected to arrive Friday and never came. Another person was patiently waiting for the staff while the staff goes in the back to look for her item. Staff came back about 5-10 min just to say she didn't write the number down so she didn't find anything!!

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! The staff and their motivation to help customers is HORRIBLE!! I've been waiting for almost 30 mins maybe even longer to get priority mail that says it's been on route and now back at their facility due to not being able to be delivered, for who knows what reason! Even customer service isn't NO HELP!!!

I was suppose to receive a package two days ago with very important information. It kept getting delayed then the third day it was suppose to be delivered the driver lied and said they made an attempt to bring it when they never did I am home every day all day and work from home.

I waited for my package to arrive on 4/15/2022; I received a text message that the driver came to my home LIES!!!!!! no one showed up whatsoever. I did not get a slip stating that the package was even attempted. I was home all day cleaning my home. I asked called FedEx and they just had excuses; then when I asked them to hold my delivery I was informed that the request had been submitted; LIES. I called on 4/17/2022, I was told that the request was never submitted. I even logged into my account via their website to request to hold my package; no one ever contacted me but I received a texted message that my package was at the facility, but no address to which location.

Was here to pick up a priority package. I had some tough time talking to the FedEx agents on their 800 number to arrange this pick up. But the experience here was nice. very limited parking space and some road work happening near by made things a little difficult. had to park in the nearby road and walk to this place. There was no wait time. Asked for the tracking number and id, the package was given to me in another 2 mins. Smooth and easy. Staffs were friendly as well. If you can deal with the FedEx agents on their customer care number, a hold & pick up from here isn't that difficult. good luck with that!

I needed to pick up a package that was on a "last delivery attempt" here. FedEx tracking told me to be here anytime after 6PM (they close at 7PM) so I showed up promptly at 6 since that hour window is short. Long lines at 6PM, and when I finally got to the customer service rep, they let me know the driver wasn't even back yet, so my package was not even there yet. They said it could be any minute now- luckily the driver had finally shown up around 6:20PM. The service from the rep I had was excellent and seemed like she cared for everyone who came in. Not her fault FedEx and/or the drivers messed up, so props for having to deal with factors beyond your control and deal with it really well. Lost a star because I'm starting to see more negative FedEx experiences than UPS these days: the friction on their site with having to login, the discrepancy between tracking updates and what is actually happening, drivers not even leaving door tags, etc.

This is ridiculous. Fedex website claims package was shipped by sender on Thursday Feb 10th, then received by San Jose site at 5:07AM and sent out for delivery on Sunday Feb 13th. I waited all day at home but the delivery was never attempted. Then the website shows attempted delivery on Monday Feb 14th so I stayed home from work and never got a ring at the door, but upon checking the tracking it stated that at 11:13AM the Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed! I had been home so this is a flat out lie and also NO door tag. I went to work. The next few days, same problem. I would wait at home until the website updates and says failed attempt, then I go to work. Tuesday Feb 15, 10:34 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx to complaint. They said they will notify the local office. Wednesday Feb 16 10:35 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx again to complain because I got the We made a final delivery attempt: 02/16/2022 10:35 AM. Call 1.800.GoFedEx or click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s). If we don't hear from you, your package(s) may be returned to the shipper within 10 business days. They agree to call the local office and attempt another delivery. Thursday Feb 17, 10:39 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx again to complain because I got the We made a final delivery attempt: 02/17/2022 10:39 AM b******** They to call the local office and attempt another delivery the next day. Friday Feb 18, 9:36 AM Recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted and NO door tag. They promise me that another delivery attempt will be made on Saturday. Then the website shows package out for delivery Saturday Feb 19 but no one shows up while I wait home all day. Again no tags. At night the website shows package will be out for delivery on Monday Feb 21 and the same b******* happens, I wait at home all day and no one shows up. They just arbitrarily lie and keep changing attempted delivery dates without providing even a time frame so that people have to wait at home all day. Keep in mind that for these past 10 days, there has not a single door tag that has been left. When I called customer service they said the driver claimed that I had a security gate and they had no access, that is clearly a lie, I live on a publicly accessible road. Driver FULL OF LIES! I have never had any problems with Amazon, UPS, or USPS. The Feds should shut FedEX down. This is clearly a shady business who do not care about the customer. My life has been negatively impacted and I will go out of my way to never use them again. Worst delivery service ever and full of liars, avoid at all cost!
