Stopped in today because we needed service on our car. The service department was not open, but they were kind enough to put us in touch with a terrific guy that helped us get on our way. Everyone at the dealership was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Cory for his exemplary assistance!!!

If you’re going to talk to anyone. Alexis is the one to talk to! Gave me plenty of information, as well as helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Was very easy to get any questions answered in a timely manner even when just texting! Overall it was a great experience all around. Jamison also was great help! As well as Cory! Thank you guys for helping me get this sweet new truck!

Other than the time spent at the dealership, I had a good experience. The manager was willing to negotiate with me on trade in price. They were receptive with my questions and made sure I had the discounts I had inquired about. My sale associate Lenny was very informative about my purchase and they helped me with my new truck purchase. Thank you to all the staff at Riverside Chevrolet. “BEST” CORVETTE mechanic in the area if not the U.S. Addressed and solved two problems with my 2004 C5, and I now will not entrust my car to be serviced anywhere else. This mechanic should get an “AWARD” of some kind. Riverside also worked with CarShield and made my repair and payment process “seamless”. Riverside did all the coordination and paperwork. OUTSTANDING.!

They are very nice, professional, and helpful. Just expensive and not willing to work with you for price. At least they don't offer, which is understandable but it would be nice if they did.

Would give a zero if I could! Took my truck in for airbag recall, broke a piece of my dash and now it rattles, they denied breaking the dash when the broken piece is right above the airbag they replaced. Will never buy a vehicle or bring anything for maintenance again

Do not trust them. They are a bunch of shysters, especially a young kid named Jonah. He's just trying to make money off of everybody. I drove 3 and a 1/2 hours to come get a vehicle that was leaking oil like a sieve. And they never told me that it was and tried having me buy it the night before over the phone. Giving me an excuse that somebody else was coming to get it the next day

I went to the Chevy dealership in Escanaba, Mi yesterday morning to request for a new battery for my key fob. The lady who assisted me was very kind and within minutes I was on my way back to work with a working key fob.
