“I was unable to get any help online or over the phone in regards to a missing package I had. When I had an issue with filing a claim online, I went in and the supervisor Jessie, at the St. Johns MI location, was able to do the entire thing for me and was very personable! As someone who doesn’t go into the post office much, this was an awesome experience and they do great work. Especially during this pandemic!”

“I don't know much about shipping and unfortunately I don't remember the women's name,but she was so friendly and helpful. ( All I remember is she had a wrist brace on her hand)She printed off my Amazon returns using my phone and their printer doing all the emailing for me and did all the packaging! It only cost me 2 bucks. Amazing service I'm going here for all my shipping needs.”
