If I could give negative stars I absolutely 100% would. My fiancé has given this place permission for them to talk to me multiple times but it’s always an issue. He has called multiple times to speak with someone about his card and account and their excuse is we’re short staffed. I understand being short staffed but that is not an excuse I work customer service desk and we can have a line 3 miles long and I still take phone calls and help customers with their only being myself working the customer service desk. I also was hung up on which I really do not appreciate. I’m definitely going to suggest to him to switch banks, unprofessional, lack of communication, it takes a whole day sometimes longer to be able to talk to someone and get the situation situated, and they charge you for banking with them. Consumers credit union is a great bank and there’s never any wait times, you don’t get out on hold, they are very helpful, great communication, very professional, they don’t charge you for banking with them, they have atms you can get money and deposit money, and they answer your calls SHORT STAFFED OR NOT! I definitely recommend consumers credit union!!!
